group dog walks

Your dog will enjoy an off-leash group hike (a minimum of one hour on the trail), mid-morning or mid-afternoon on one of the many beautiful trails in the East Bay. I start picking dogs up as early as 9am and everyone is home by 6pm. I cannot guarantee specific walk times, but I try to accommodate requests wherever possible, and I am mindful of dogs who don't have yard access in their homes to relieve themselves. I walk up to 8 dogs per group. I am very careful about putting dogs together that are compatible based on personalities, size, age, behavior and play style.  Exercising is important, but so is enjoying the company of appropriate dog friends in their pack. Group walks are also a wonderful way to continuously expose dogs to proper socialization, and make sure they are acclimated to their normal everyday environment outside their homes. Key environmental experiences are crucial to a dog's well-being. Positive experiences and reinforcement make better dogs!

I am currently only accepting small to medium sized dogs into my pack (please feel free to inquire if you are unsure if your dog qualifies).
